I'm a Harvard Business School MBA, former Wall Street trader, founder, and lifelong believer that great opportunities rarely go to the most qualified person on paper. They go to the person who knows how to tell a compelling story about who they are, what they've done, and where they're headed. As a first-generation Nigerian American, Division I athlete, and one of very few women in a highly technical trading role, I've spent my career breaking into spaces where I wasn't the obvious candidate.
