You've got a business idea — but is it worth pursuing? This 30-minute 1:1 strategy session gives you an expert outside perspective before you spend time, money, or energy going all in. Here's what we'll cover together: 💰 Viability & Revenue Potential We'll pressure-test your idea against real market conditions — examining whether there's a paying customer base, how you'd realistically make money, and whether the numbers can actually work in your favor. 🧠 Founder-Idea Fit Assessment Not every great idea is the right idea for you. We'll assess whether your background, skills, and goals align with what this business actually demands — so you pursue something you can win at. ✅ Verbal Feedback + Clear Action Steps You won't leave with vague advice. By the end of the session, you'll have honest, direct feedback on your idea's strengths and weaknesses — plus concrete next steps so you know exactly what to do (or not do) after we hang up. This session is perfect for you if: You have an idea but aren't sure if it's viable You want an honest gut-check before committing resources You're tired of asking friends and family who just say "sounds great!" What you walk away with: A clear Go, Refine, or No-Go verdict — and the confidence to act on it.

How I Work With Clients: I bring a rare combination of real-world small business ownership experience to every session. I've built my own businesses and advised early-stage founders across a wide range of industries. That means when you sit down with me, you're not getting theory. You're getting pattern recognition from someone who has seen what works, what doesn't, and why. My style is direct, warm, and data-informed — all at once. I won't sugarcoat feedback, but I also won't tear down your idea without reason. My goal is to give you the kind of honest, grounded perspective that a trusted mentor with real business experience would offer — the friend you wish you had in your corner who actually knows what they're talking about. Here's how a typical session flows: Before we meet, I encourage you to come prepared with a brief overview of your idea — what it is, who it's for, and what problem it solves. The more context you bring, the more value we can pack into 30 minutes. During the session, I ask sharp questions designed to stress-test your assumptions. I'll dig into the numbers, the market, and whether you are the right person to build this. Expect a real conversation, not a lecture. By the end, you'll have clear, actionable feedback and a honest assessment of where your idea stands — straight from someone who has been in the trenches. I respect your time and your ambition. My job is to help you move faster and smarter — not to keep you second-guessing.

  • Participants will receive a founder-idea fit assessment to ensure alignment between their skills and the business demands.
  • The session is particularly beneficial for those who want an expert perspective beyond friends and family feedback.
  • The plan is ideal for individuals seeking an honest evaluation of their business idea before investing resources.

There's a specific kind of stuck that high-performers don't talk about. You have the resume. The track record. The ability to outthink most rooms you walk into. And yet something has stopped responding. The harder you push, the more resistance you feel. The more you analyze, the less clear things become. I know that stuck from the inside. For 15 years I built and ran a multi-location healthy food service business I founded, through franchising, ghost kitchens, CPG retail distribution, debt financing, and eventually a full wind-down. I've raised money, hired and fired, scaled, contracted, adopted tech early, secured high-level strategic partnerships, and won innovation awards from the convenience store industry. Since then I've worked as an operator, consultant, entrepreneur-in-residence, and advisor across wellness, food, experiential events, and tech. There is no version of the founder experience I'm going to be shocked by. I became a certified hypnotherapist because I kept watching brilliant people know exactly what to do and still not do it. The problem was never knowledge. It was the nervous system, the subconscious, the identity that hadn't caught up to the vision. Strategy alone doesn't move people who are already smart enough to have thought of the strategy. What moves them is getting underneath the thinking, to the pattern that keeps producing the same result no matter how good the plan is. So my work blends real operational experience with intuitive, body-based tools. I help you cut through the noise, internal and external, and make decisions that are grounded and actually yours. I don't believe in hustle for hustle's sake. I believe the best decisions happen when logic and intuition are finally working together. I also work with high-achievers navigating dating, relationships and parenting, because the same inner blocks that stall your business are often the ones keeping love at a distance. Outside of sessions I'm drawn to sound healing, art, yoga, and experiences that bring people back into their bodies. That's not separate from the work. It's the foundation of it. You might be a fit if you're: • A founder, operator, or builder at a crossroads • High-functioning on the outside, depleted on the inside • Making decisions from pressure instead of clarity • Successful at work but hitting walls in love and relationships • Ready for a process that's honest, grounded, and actually moves you I'm not the right coach if you want validation, generic frameworks, or someone to tell you what you want to hear. Let's find out what's actually in the way.
