Guided Journey - Co-Create Your Executive Journey (Annual Retainer Package)

Embark on a transformative journey with the "Guided Journey - Co-Create Your Future" Annual Retainer Package, designed to elevate your leadership capabilities, inspire your teams and drive meaningful change within your organization. As a seasoned leader with a rich background in talent management and organizational development, I am here to partner with you in crafting a future where you lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. This personalized, comprehensive coaching plan is tailored to your unique needs and aspirations, ensuring that every step we take is aligned with your personal and professional growth goals. The plan includes two tiers of support. You can choose either twenty-four (24) or thirty-six (36) 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions available for you to use as needed within a 12-month period. Pre-schedule all sessions at once, or schedule part of them, saving others for "real time" targeted sessions to help you navigate something that is time sensitive, it's up to you! Regardless of which tier you choose, you also get one (1) 60 minute onboarding session to map out your goals for the year, one (1) 60 minute Mid-Year Momentum Review session as a deep dive review progress after 6 months, and one (1) post-engagement Momentum Review session (60 minute) one month after your last session to check in and reinforce your progress toward meeting your long-term goals. As with all packages, you will receive unlimited email support between sessions (24-48 hour response time).
