Each session is focused on identifying the best path forward based on your needs and goals. I often suggest “research” or reflection tasks between sessions to help you make steady progress and stay engaged. Hi, I’m Revital (pronounced Revee-tahl). I’m a product leader turned career and leadership coach. I started my career in finance, moved into strategy consulting, then into a Chief of Staff role in tech. That path eventually led me to product management leadership, where I spent years building and leading PM teams and driving complex, cross-functional work. I’ve worked at large tech companies including Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft, as well as earlier-stage startups in Silicon Valley. Along the way, I helped launch products used by millions and in some cases, billions of people. Today, I invest in and advise startups, coach professionals navigating career transitions or senior leadership challenges, lead women’s career and leadership circles, and mentor PMs through a PM career accelerator. My coaching style is practical, direct, and human.
