Executive Coaching: Remove Obstacles, Build Bridges, and Get What you Want
These coaching sessions are meant to help you address and resolve issues, construct strategies to implement, and take action that returns REAL results. As a coach my goal is to help guide you to answers that will seem obvious when they surface. This is because you already know and have what you need to get what you want as a leader. Because this is true, you will drive these sessions, and I will be by your side to ask powerful questions that help you unearth truths that will be invaluable to you. By the end of the engagement, you will have made significant progress in the areas of focus. This will mean that your credibility and confidence as a leader will increase, both in your own eyes and the eyes of the people around you.

Culture, Strategy, and Action: Build an Organization with Impact
In truth, I don't know how unique or special my story is. I was raised in a good home, with good parents who taught me a lot about life. But I never sensed that there was a real long-term vision for what my future could be, and so through early adulthood I just went with the flow and did what I was "supposed" to do. In my professional career I'd been on the hunt for years to find that place, that niche that energized me and that I was eager and excited to do. I bounced from public institutions to private, from university archives to a hyper-growth dessert company; I feel like I've spent a lot of time in different environments and fulfilling many different roles. And from external objective measures, I did well in all those roles. And yet, it still wasn't right! What I knew for sure is that I felt energized by: working through real problems to help people; having autonomy to create my own path; studying and teaching about human psychology and how belief manifests in how we navigate the world. As I sought opportunity to create an opportunity for myself, I eventually found coaching. I love it! It is what I was born to do.
