Having worked in admissions at Georgetown University, the University of Cincinnati, and George Washington University, I've sat across from hundreds of applicants and reviewed thousands of applications. My goal has always been to make this process feel less intimidating and more empowering for each student I meet with What drives me is seeing people get into programs they once thought were out of reach. As a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of Pennsylvania, I didn't arrive at either institution though a conventional path. I spent three years in government service before business school, as a first-generation student without connections or a clear roadmap, but ultimately gained acceptance and full scholarships at several top MBA programs. That experience is why my approach is rooted in mentorship and in helping you uncover what's genuinely compelling about your story. This includes the parts that don't fit the standard mold. I work primarily with applicants from government and public service backgrounds, people whose careers have been driven by impact, and often struggle to communicate their experiences in this process.
