I am an ESSEC Business School and Paris Sorbonne graduate, with 15 years of experience recruiting and coaching talent. Beyond my executive search work, I regularly participate in admissions interviews and selection boards for leading international institutions and programs including HEC, CEMS, IFM Paris, and NEOMA Business School. I also regularly act as a guest lecturer and career coach at leading business schools including ESSEC, ISG Luxury Geneva, and Rome Business School. I earned my MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth after a career as a physician, with a Yale MPH along the way. I later became a Vice President in Healthcare Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs and served on recruiting teams that evaluated scores of candidates; so, I know what excellence looks like on paper and in the room, and I bring that same discerning eye to your candidacy. I work especially well with healthcare and non-traditional applicants (including MD/MBA and other dual-degree paths), though I coach applicants from every background. I have spent nearly a decade working in MBA admissions, first as a member of the admissions committee at Emory University's Goizueta Business School and subsequently as an independent admissions coach.
