With years of experience as the Assistant Director of the PhD Program at Harvard Business School, I advised and supported more than 130 students annually while also leading admissions committees for doctoral programs in addition to MBA programs. I hold an MBA and MSc in Design Innovation from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, one of the world's top business programs. Born in Shanghai and educated across Hong Kong and the US, I understand the unique challenges international candidates face, from positioning a non-Western career narrative to communicating across cultural contexts in essays and interviews. I'm fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, which allows me to work closely with candidates from Chinese-speaking backgrounds navigating the US admissions process. I help candidates find and articulate their unique story, position their experience compellingly, and prepare for interviews at top programs. I have confirmed my decision to attend the Machine Learning program at Carnegie Mellon this fall. Before that, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from UT Austin with a 3.96 GPA in Computer Science. My qualifications here come from sitting on both sides of the MBA experience. I earned my own MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, starting the program in person and finishing online in 2015, when online graduate education was still relatively new. Combined with my other graduate degrees at Northwestern Medill, Harvard, and UIC, I have a real feel for how different learning formats work and what admissions committees across top programs tend to value. I scored well on the GMAT, I understand how applications are actually read, and over the years, I have written dozens of letters of recommendation for applicants. Nearly every one of them has landed at a top program, including schools like Harvard and Columbia. What I bring that many admissions coaches do not is practical business experience. I have founded multiple successful companies, including RevEng Consulting, and have spent more than 20 years in the business world at companies like SAP and LinkedIn. That lets me help applicants move past generic, theoretical essays and build specific, credible stories that resonate with admissions committees. RevEng also regularly hosts MBA interns, most recently a group from the University of Michigan in 2025, so I stay close to what current programs teach and how students are evaluated.

He was also a vice president at Red Arts Capital, a senior associate at Madison Dearborn Partners, a consultant at Boston Consulting Group and an associate at General Electric. He is also on the board of directors of A Red Orchid Theatre. He was on the board of directors of The Printing Museum. Dozie earned a bachelor of science, magna cum laude, in electrical engineering from the honors college of University of Mississippi, a master of supply chain management from Pennsylvania State University, a master of public policy from University of Cambridge as a Gates Cambridge Scholar, and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.
