I am an MBA student at the Wharton School with a concentration in Health Care Management, and I understand firsthand how competitive MBA and dual-degree admissions have become. Through my own application process, I developed a clear strategy for positioning my experiences, articulating leadership and impact, and crafting a cohesive narrative that connects past achievements with future goals. I am particularly familiar with applicants who are coming from technical, clinical, or research backgrounds and need to translate their work into the language of business, leadership, and strategy that MBA admissions committees value. Beyond admissions, my work spans healthcare innovation, entrepreneurship, and data-driven research, including building startup concepts, leading projects in health systems and AI, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. These experiences have strengthened my ability to help applicants refine resumes, essays, and career goals so they present a compelling, authentic story. I earned my MD/MBA from Stanford and have coached applicants for several years, helping candidates gain admission to selective medical schools and business schools, including Wharton and Stanford GSB. Before focusing on MBA admissions, I worked as a medical school admissions coach, which taught me how to quickly identify what makes an applicant stand out and how to communicate it clearly. My focus is on essays and narrative development--helping clients tell their story in a way that feels authentic, structured, and compelling to admissions committees.

I know how overwhelming the graduate school process can feel — because I've spent years on the inside watching talented people struggle to tell their story in a way that truly lands. Having worked in admissions at Georgetown University, the University of Cincinnati, and George Washington University, I've sat across from hundreds of applicants and reviewed thousands of applications. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what committees are genuinely looking for, and more importantly, how to help you present your best self with confidence. My goal has always been to make this process feel less intimidating and more empowering for each student I meet with What drives me is seeing people get into programs they once thought were out of reach. As a current MBA student myself, I haven't forgotten what it's like to be on your side of the process — the self-doubt, the late nights, the endless second-guessing. I've helped students navigate tight deadlines, sharpen their personal statements, and build strategies that resulted in students enrolling in their dream programs. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all advice, because your story is unique and deserves to be told that way. I got into Wharton with a GMAT of 710 and TOEFL of 106, both well below the school's average. I also received scholarship and fellowship offers from NYU Stern and Michigan Ross. My test scores didn't define my application. What stood out was my unique story: diverse career pivots across functions and markets, a niche in entrepreneurship, design thinking, and EdTech, and a track record of doing things others thought impossible (like publishing two books before ever working in corporate). I leaned into what made me different, not what made me "the same best" as everyone else. That's the biggest mistake I see applicants make: trying to fit into what they think MBA programs want. But admissions committees aren't looking for the "best" candidate. They're looking for a diverse class of unique individuals. Your job isn't to be perfect. It's to be distinctly you. I pursued a dual degree, MBA and Master's in Education, at Penn because I'm genuinely passionate about empowering others. That same passion drives my coaching today. I also know what it feels like to work with big-name consultants who don't remember your story and give generic advice. My approach is different.
