MMI Practice Lab: Run the Scenarios Before Interview Day

Medical schools increasingly lean on the Multiple Mini Interview because it's harder to coach around: you rotate through several stations, each with a new scenario, and get scored independently before you've settled in. This session runs through a handful of those scenarios live, with practice structuring an answer inside the time limit rather than reciting something memorized. Margo has conducted both MMI and traditional interviews for a medical school, on top of reviewing thousands of applications as a file reviewer, so she knows what separates a rehearsed answer from someone actually working through the ethics or teamwork question in front of them.
