How M7 Admits Write Their Essays: A Coach Panel

Faisal Khan read applications from inside Chicago Booth's admissions office before he ever coached a client, and he has since helped more than 200 applicants into M7 programs. He is joined by Dione Chen, a Stanford GSB alum who has coached MBA applicants for 15 years, and Melanie Espeland, a Columbia MBA who has worked with over a thousand applicants across her career. Together they will pull apart what separates an essay that gets remembered from one that reads like everyone else's, using real patterns they have seen across thousands of applications. Bring your draft questions. Forty five minutes will not rewrite your essay for you, but it is enough time to see clearly what to cut and what to build out.
