About the event

Last week the repo existed. This week it has to be safe to change. Live, we put continuous integration and delivery on that same client workspace: planning checks, tests, secret scanning, and a pull request that cannot merge if it would leak credentials or break the delivery contract. Then we cut a versioned release and show the difference between “the code is on a branch” and “an operator is allowed to run it.” On the OpenMeld graph, a new gate appears between the repo and the client folder. The ROI is not a faster deployment, it's realized in strong design principles that carry regardless of the project you're working on.
