In this session, participants will be introduced to the three core financial statements as well as accounting topics necessary for success in investment banking interviews. Participants will walk through templated accounting exercises to develop a better understanding of each of the three core financial statements, the fundamental accounting equation, and other fundamental accounting principles (matching, revenue recognition, etc.).
