This free AMA is for students and professionals who want to better understand the Bain selection process, prepare more effectively for recruiting, and gain insight into Bain’s distinctive culture. As a former Manager at Bain & Company, and a Trainer in Bain’s Global Internal Training for new Associate Consultants, I will share practical insights on what Bain looks for, how to approach case and fit preparation, and what tends to differentiate the strongest candidates.
