About Leonardo

I’m Leonardo da Silveira, a leadership and organizational development professional with over a decade of experience helping individuals and teams grow with intention, equity, and purpose. My career has spanned multiple sectors and 12 countries—from international organizations like the UN to tech companies and nonprofits—where I’ve designed and facilitated coaching, training, and change initiatives across cultures and contexts. I hold a Master’s degrees from leading global universities such as Harvard University and University College London, and have had years of experience as a Leadership/Negotiation teaching fellow at Harvard University. My approach is grounded in systems thinking, organizational culture, and change management.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I believe people thrive when they’re truly seen, challenged with care, and supported in navigating complexity. Coaching is one of the most meaningful ways I know to walk alongside someone as they step into clarity, confidence, and impact. I’ve seen firsthand how transformational it can be—whether helping a young professional navigate imposter syndrome or supporting an executive leading cultural change. My passion for coaching is rooted in my belief that leadership is not about having all the answers but about showing up with presence, curiosity, and courage.
