About Evan
My career has been a winding path, taking me from pre-med student, to corporate strategy analyst, to product and technology manager. Today, I'm busy completing my MBA at Harvard Business School and exploring the world of entrepreneurship. None of these transitions were easy, but I've learned a bit about how to navigate them. I've had a lifelong passion for coaching - spanning across karate, tennis, tutoring, personal training, consulting, people management, and more - and now I want to help other professionals successfully transition to the next phase of their career.
Why do I coach?
First in sports and more recently in the workplace, coaches have always played a critical role in my life. I've been the beneficiary of mentors and managers that believe their most important work is to support the next generation of leaders . And I view professional development - continually learning and growing in one's career - as the most powerful driver of success. I coach because more rising leaders should have someone dedicated to their development.
