That said, you can expect me to be constructively candid – because coaching is about challenging you and accelerating your growth, not making you feel good so I can collect a check. I was an interviewer at both Google and Facebook and have spent many hours "on the other side of the table." I can give you a strong sense for how you might be perceived by hiring managers and recruiters.

After a few years of consulting at Accenture, I went all in on resources and learning about product, to then pivot to PM at Capital One. There are a lot of parallels between consulting and product management - stakeholder management, business analysis, and problem-solving. I want to help you break into product management and prepare you for the different types of interviews: product skills, product design, business analysis cases, and behavioral fit. I'm helped clients land offers at companies such as Asana and Capital One. I'm a Senior PM Manager with 20 years of experience building products at scale, most recently at Meta where I led work across Mixed Reality, Spatial Systems, and AI. My last role was on the Smart Glasses AI team, which means I know firsthand what AI PM work actually looks like inside one of the most demanding product environments in the world.
