With over 15 years of global management consulting experience at Strategy&, Kearney, and Deloitte, I offer a unique industry perspective. I began my career in technology consulting before pivoting to strategy consulting as a generalist after my Yale MBA, eventually specializing in healthcare as a Principal at Strategy&. In this role, I led national-level healthcare transformations and biotech strategy execution for sovereign entities, managing initiatives ranging from greenfield hospital feasibility to complex medical tourism strategies. Parallel to my client work, I have spent over a decade on the "other side" of the recruitment table, spearheading firm-wide recruiting transformations, delivering campus presentations, and interviewing a vast range of candidates from Analyst to Engagement Manager levels. I have also formally coached and mentored over a dozen consultants within my firms to help them navigate the nuances of the consulting hierarchy. I am a former BCG Principal with 6 years of experience in Consulting who just recently left the company (January, 2025). I have worked on 20+ live cases across Europe, Middle East and the US. Prior to leaving BCG, I spent 6 months working from their New York office. Before joining BCG, I worked for 3 years in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. During my time at BCG, I have been a Senior Interviewer, conducting more than 250 real recruiting interviews and actively shaping the talent pool by being a first round interviewer who independently decides who advances into the second round. Additionally, I have been a mentor to a pool of younger colleagues from my office and practice area that I have advised on their personal development and future path within the company.
