I've also worked as Project Director through Stanford Consulting, sourcing client engagements for the organization and leading a team of consultants through these client engagements. Additionally, I have a background in project management as a Project Manager at Alteryx and have interned at an EdTech startup. Hi everyone — I was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company for over 3 years. Unlike a lot of folks, I didn’t come in with a business background. I only took one business class in undergrad and had zero business internships. You can fact-check that on my LinkedIn. I didn’t intern at McKinsey either — I actually applied after a public policy role I had didn’t turn out the way I hoped. Voted a Top 10 coach on Leland, I’ve helped candidates land offers at McKinsey, Bain, and BCG. During my time as a consultant at BCG, I was deeply involved in recruiting, including leading undergraduate recruiting for my office and spearheading recruiting efforts for my alma mater, Dartmouth. I also interviewed with both McKinsey and Bain. Now, I work with candidates to strengthen cover letters and resumes and to excel in both case and behavioral interviews for consulting roles. I specialize in a fundamentals-based case method style, teaching students how to approach cases in a logical and repeatable way.

I worked in management consulting for five years across a variety of roles - as a Business Analyst, Engagement Manager, and in the office of the CEO at McKinsey & Company. I was also able to do a secondment at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for a year. At McKinsey, I was a Faculty member who led first and second-year analyst trainings and conducted hundreds of hours of interview coaching. And in college at the University of Michigan, I peer coached dozens of students to offers at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture, Strategy&, and Deloitte.
