Aside from the coaching in my weekly 1:1's with the two junior PM's I manage, I also conduct learning sessions with my alumni org (illinoispm.com) of 20-30 university students, and I regularly mentor over 50+ students at Carlmont High School. Throughout my entire 10 year career, I have also had 30+ informal sessions to help friends and family optimize their resumes for ATS, and specific job roles.

Received internship and full-time offer from Bain & Company during the summer of my freshman year in college. Worked full-time at Bain San Francisco (primarily in the Private Equity Group) for ~2 years, consistently achieving top percentile performance ratings. Also can speak about how I chose consulting between offers from hedge funds, product, and software.

I broke into management consulting without an MBA or a target-school pipeline. I started at Deloitte, then moved to Kearney as an Associate, where I served as Chief of Staff to the North America Talent Strategy team and co-authored published firm thought leadership. I know what the case interview actually rewards, what partners screen for in behavioral rounds, and how non-traditional candidates compete against target-school applicants, because I was one.
