My work has directly contributed to companies saving millions of dollars, eliminating inefficiencies, and getting leadership teams aligned when things were not working. I understand how organizations actually function under pressure, not just how they look on paper. My background reflects that depth. I hold a doctorate in coaching and a second doctorate in organizational change and leadership, along with an MBA and a master’s in project management. I am also the author of Who’s Got Your Six?, which focuses on accountability, trust, and making better decisions when it matters most. But more importantly, I know how to apply all of that in the real world. I am not here to overwhelm you with theory or corporate jargon. I am here to help you see clearly, challenge what is not working, and build practical strategies your organization can actually execute.

During my 4 years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I got the chance to work across a number of industries (healthcare, financial services, public sector) as well as all over Europe, the US and Australia. Coming from a non-business background, I understand what it means to navigate the competitive landscape of management consulting. I have taught myself how to successfully pass the interview stages (both behavioral and case studies) and everything you need to know once on the job. Excited to support you in your journey!

Earlier in my career, I spent over 9 years in management consulting at Accenture, where I partnered with Fortune 100 companies across CPG, tech, retail, fintech, healthcare, and media & entertainment. That breadth of exposure gave me a strong understanding of how different business models operate and what it takes to drive alignment and results in complex environments. I have deep experience launching 0 to 1 products and scaling them across global markets. I thrive on building go-to-market engines from the ground up, crafting clear positioning, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.

I have helped over 100 students with consulting interview preparation, resume and LinkedIn reviews, and academic applications (deferred MBA programs, fellowships, etc.). I have specifically found a great deal of success in MBB interview prep, helping over 25 students secure MBB offers at a 93% offer rate. My coaching style is highly human-centric and personalized, as I use behavioral health techniques to train students on how to channel their brightness with concision, clarity, and creativity.
