I have extensive interviewing experience, including giving cases, from throughout my professional career. These include MBA admissions interviews, MBB consulting interviews, and behavioral interviews in a variety of forms. I have also given countless mock interviews and have experience giving very detailed, nuanced feedback and tips to help candidates find immediate growth opportunities. More specifically, prior to Booth, I interviewed >100 of people during my time at Cornerstone Research, where I ended my time as the Head of Recruiting for the Boston office for the 2015 season. While at Booth, I conducted MBA Admissions interviews for applicants. With respect to management consulting, I was selected as a BCG MBA fellow prior to starting at Booth and successfully navigated the summer internship recruiting process to be a Bain Summer Associate. Since then, I have given numerous live interviews on behalf of Bain as well as helped countless students while at Booth and at Bain learn how to case successfully. I’m qualified to coach Management Consulting because I’ve been on both sides of the process: I worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where I spent a year in the Private Equity Group conducting commercial due diligences for PE clients across a range of industries, including edtech, blockchain, SaaS, and acting software. I also worked on a biotech operating model engagement, which gave me experience with broader strategic and organizational problem-solving beyond diligence work. In addition to my consulting background, I’ve spent significant time helping candidates prepare for case interviews.
