I joined Bain as an Associate Consultant and stayed until I became a Manager. In the meantime, I managed to get transferred twicce (from Dubai to Los Angeles to Washington DC) and get sponsored to study my MBA. My global and long-term experience at Bain has helped me understand the ins and outs of consulting. I have used this experience to help applicants (including my MBA peers) get offers at Bain & Company.

I have extensive experience with consulting case prep and behavioral interview practice. My clients have landed internships and full time offers at MBB and other top strategy consulting firms.

Consulting can feel like a black box until you’re in it. After nearly a decade at Deloitte, I know what it takes not just to land an offer, but to succeed once you’re there. I help candidates demystify the recruiting process, position themselves effectively, and understand what consulting firms are really looking for. While I can support case prep if needed, my focus is broader: helping you articulate your value, communicate with confidence, and show up as someone firms want on their teams. For those already in consulting, I coach on how to thrive inside the firm—building relationships with partners and clients, navigating tough projects, and charting a path toward promotion (or knowing when it’s time to pivot). Whether you’re trying to break in or make the most of your experience once you’re in the door, I’ll share practical insights and candid advice to help you succeed.

Over the last seven years, I've coached countless clients through how to network to land a consulting interview and then nail that interview. I landed in Consulting from a liberal arts background - I was a Middle East Studies and Behavioral Science major - and also have experience making sure that students outside of quant-heavy backgrounds feel comfortable approaching the quantitative side of these interviews. Folks I've coached have been successful at landing at McKinsey, BCG, and Bain.

If you're from an Ivy, do not reach out. I know what it takes to break into management consulting from a non-target background because I’ve done it myself. Coming from a Georgia State, without a built-in pipeline to MBB, I had to find my own path—learning how to network, tell my story, and master the consulting interview process. From a non-target university to McKinsey was not an obvious path, and it’s one I want to help others navigate with more confidence and clarity. That journey gave me a deep understanding of what it really takes to stand out when the odds aren’t in your favor.

I worked in management consulting for five years across a variety of roles - as a Business Analyst, Engagement Manager, and in the office of the CEO at McKinsey & Company. I was also able to do a secondment at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for a year. At McKinsey, I was a Faculty member who led first and second-year analyst trainings and conducted hundreds of hours of interview coaching. And in college at the University of Michigan, I peer coached dozens of students to offers at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture, Strategy&, and Deloitte.
