I have over 10 years of experience spanning startups, strategy consulting, and talent development. I began my career in business development at high-growth startups in New York before joining Bain & Company as a consultant, leading work across private equity, healthcare, and tech. Along the way, I discovered that coaching clients and mentoring junior colleagues was the most energizing part of my work — which led me to transition into Talent Development at Bain. Most recently, I led Bain New York's Associate Consultant Program, overseeing the development and advising of early-career consultants through their first years at the firm. I was also deeply involved in recruiting as an anchor interviewer and internship program lead, giving me a keen understanding of what it takes to break into and thrive in competitive environments. I hold a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
