I was accepted into Microsoft’s ACE Program (<0.5% acceptance rate), a 2-year rotation experience designed for new grads to accelerate their careers in Marketing and Consumer Business, without a referral or connection to the company. I leveraged my recruiting experiences to help family and friends land their dream internships/jobs too. As a freshman in undergrad, I had big dreams: land a job in Big Tech. Why do I coach?

It took me 8+ months to craft my MBA applications. Coming from a non-target background, I was learning about the admissions process as I was writing my applications. I distinctly remember how demanding the process was - countless hours spent on GMAT prep, drafting essays, and building relationships with my recommenders.
