About Jenai
I’m born and raised in Hawai’i, on the island of O’ahu. After graduating high school, I moved 5,000 miles to attend Harvard University where I studied Political Science. I’m a passionate dancer of over 10 years, having performed/competed on teams and groups across the country. I started my career as an HR Tech consultant, which included running my own consulting business at the age of 24, and am currently a Senior PM at Amazon. I’ll soon be starting my next chapter at Stanford GSB pursuing my MBA.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I love getting the opportunity to use my knowledge and experiences to help others navigate their own careers and know first hand the immense benefit of having people in your corner helping you along the way. I am eternally grateful to the coaches and mentors I’ve had in my life - most recently as I navigated the MBA application process, which I could not have done it without the help of my coach (shout out Coach Candace) through the MLT program.
